Emergency advice

Having an emergency in your home can be one of the worst experiences. Read through our quick & easy guides to help you out in these circumstances.

The first thing to do is turn off your gas supply and open all windows and doors. You must also call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. Other tips to stay safe in the event of a gas leak can be found on this page.
Turn off your water supply and give our 24-hour emergency team a call on 0333 2343 247 to arrange a call out. Our Premium Plan includes elements of internal plumbing, but we will discuss any additional charges with you over the phone.
If you have a boiler cover plan with us, no matter which one, you can rest assured that we will not charge anything extra for call outs, and we offer unlimited call outs on all our plans too.
We have over 1,000 engineers who are stationed all over the UK. We will dispatch our closest on-call engineer to your home and aim to be with you within 90 minutes (Time subject to fluctuate depending on how busy we are at the time).
